摘要
为实现对于纯水电导率的准确测量,研究了基于范德堡原理的电导率绝对测量方法,设计了封闭式四电极电导池,构建了一套封闭恒温的纯水电导率测量系统。通过实验进行测量精度分析,并评定了该测量系统的不确定度,证明该方法在纯水电导率测量领域能作为基准方法使用,具有较高的精度以及可溯源性。
In order to realize the accurate measurement for electrical conductivity of pure water, an absolute measurement method for electrical conductivity based on Van Der Paw theory was researched, a closed four-electrode conductivity cell was de- signed, and a closed measurement system with constant temperature for electrical conductivity of pure water was structured. The ac- curacy and the uncertainty of measurement system were analyzed though experimental results. Results also prove the high precision and traceability of the method on electrical conductivity measurement of pure water, which can be used for primary standard meth- ods .
