摘要
钼精矿的焙烧是大多数钼深加工项目的第一个环节,也是至关重要的环节。我国90%以上氧化钼生产企业采用回转窑,在钼精矿焙烧生成氧化钼的同时,都产生了大量的烟尘,这部分烟尘主要成分包括Mo S2、升华的Mo O3等,一般要损失≥2%的钼。如何从焙烧烟尘中综合回收金属钼,挖潜增效,开发废弃物资源回收成为关注的焦点问题。
Molybdenum concentrate roasting is the first link of most molybdenum deep processing project,which is also a vital link. In China,more than 90% of molybdenum concentrate roasting equipments are reverberatory fur-naces or kilns. With the formation of molybdenum oxide while roasting molybdenum concentrates,a lot of smoke dust was produced. This part of main components include MoS2 ,MoO3 and etc. ,with general loss≥2% Mo. How to increase the comprehensive recovery of molybdenum,roasting dust,waste resource recovery has become the focus issue.
