大型常压强化浸出槽的设计及应用

摘要 阐明硫酸常压强化浸出工艺的原理和突出效果;研究硫酸常压强化浸出槽完全国产化设计制造的可行性方案;发明搪瓷加热装置,解决大型浸出槽对矿浆升温浸出和降温过滤的难题;分析采用热风间接加热和冷风间接冷却的优越性及注意事项;完成200 m3常压强化浸出槽的设计方案实例;提出采用硫酸滴加硝酸常压强化氧化浸出辉钼矿精矿以及常压富氧强化氧化浸出锌精矿两项建议的依据。 The principle and outstanding effect of atmospheric pressure strengthening leaching technology with sulfu-ric acid were expounded. The feasible scheme of designing the atmospheric pressure strengthened leaching tank with sulfuric acid was studied . The enamel heating device was invented and the technical problem of leaching in in-creasing temperature process and filtering in temperature reducing in the large scale of leaching tank was solved. The superiority and precautions of indirect heating by hot wind and indirect cooling by cold-blast air were ana-lyzed. The examples of designing proposal about 200 cubic meters atmospheric pressure strengthened leaching tank were finished. At last,two suggestions were put forward about using acid with sulfuric acid mixed nitric acid in the atmospheric pressure strengthened leaching environment to leach molybdenite concentrate and leaching zinc concen-trates in the atmospheric pressure strengthening leaching with oxygen-rich environment .
