白藜芦醇对辐射损伤小鼠免疫细胞的作用 被引量:3

Effects of Resveratrol on the Immune Cell of Irradiated Mice

摘要 目的本次研究为探讨白藜芦醇(Res)对137Csγ4Gy辐射损伤小鼠的免疫细胞的调节作用。方法取C57BL/6雄性小鼠12只,随机分组(n=4),对照组、137 Csγ4Gy照射组)、137 Csγ4Gy照射与白藜芦醇治疗组(Res),分析比较各组白细胞、骨髓有核细胞数量、脾脏指数、胸腺指数等免疫学指标。结果 Res组中白细胞、骨髓有核细胞的数量相对于照射组有所增加(t=5.87,P<0.05;t=4.02,P<0.05);胸腺指数与脾脏指数相对于照射组有所降低(t=5.63,P<0.05;t=3.10,P<0.05)。结论白藜芦醇对照射小鼠的免疫功能的稳定有积极作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol (Res)on the immune ceils of irradiated mice exposed to 137Csγ/ 4Gy irradiation. Methods The 12 mice were divided into 3 groups, including control group, irradiation group and Res group (n=4 for each). The white blood cells (WBC) and bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMNC) were counted. The immune cell phenotypes in peripheral blood were analyzed by flow cytometry. The Viscera index of thymus and spleen were computed. Results The quantity of the WBC and BMNC were increased compare to the irradiation group (t=5.87, P〈0.05; t=4.02,P〈0.05). The thymus index and spleen index were decreased compare to irradiation group (t=5.63,P〈0.05 ;t=3.10, P〈0.05). Conclusion resveratrol have positive effects on immune system of irradiated
