某市食品安全公众满意度现状及影响因素分析

目的了解我国东部某市居民对食品安全满意度现状、对食品安全的关注情况以及影响居民食品安全满意度的因素,为提高食品安全监管效率和效果、改善食品安全现状提供给决策依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法进行抽样,进行描述性统计、x2检验和有序Logistic回归分析。结果该市总体食品安全满意度得分为114.35分,偏向满意的人群比例高于偏向不满意的人群比例,担心产生安全问题的食品类别排名前3的分别是肉制品(61.30%)、油脂类(58.4%)和乳制品类(48.5%),食品安全信息公开情况、食品不安全问题遭遇和个人食品安全意识成为食品安全满意度主要影响因素。结论该市食品安全现状有所好转,居民对食品安全的关注度较高,食品安全监管部门应加强食品安全信息的公开工作,做好食品安全监管。

Objective To investigate the satisfaction and attention regarding to the food safety among the residents in a city in the north of our country, and to analyze the influencing factors about the food safety, In order to provide evidences for policy making.Methods A multistage random sampling method is used to conduct the survey. It uses descriptive method, chi-square test and Binary Logistics. Results It is 114.35 scores about the satisfaction to the food safety in this city, and there are more people satisfied with the food safety than the people who are not satisfied with. Meat products （61.3 % ）, lipids （58.4 % ） and dairy products （48.5 % ） are the top three food that people most concerned about their safety. The main factors affecting satisfaction are the statue of information disclosure about food safety, experiences of un-safety food and the personal awareness about food safety.Conclusion The food safety situation has improved and the city residents＇ awareness of food safety is higher, the food safety supervision department should strengthen the publica- tion of foot safety information, completes the food safety supervision.
