微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收法检测动物肝脏中的镉 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨用石墨炉原子吸收法检测动物肝脏中镉含量的最佳试验条件。方法将动物肝脏进行预处理和微波消解后,采用塞曼校正,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法自动进样测定样品中镉含量。结果方法线性范围为镉含量0.0μg/L^10.0μg/L,回归方程为y=0.038 5 x+0.007 3,线性系数0.999 2,检出限0.53μg/L;加标回收率在96.6%~101.30%之间;RSD值1.15%~3.90%。结论样品经过微波消解、赶酸、去离子水定容后可直接石墨炉自动进样检测,该法线性好,回收率高,变异小,操作简单,可用于动物肝脏中镉含量测定。 objective To explore the optimal conditions in detecting content of Cd in animal liver by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Method The samples which were pretreatment and microwave-digestion were detect- ed in AAS with a automatic sampling system, using zeeman for background correction. Results The linear range of the method was 0-10.0 μ g/L.The linear regression equation and correlation coefficient are y=0.0388x+0.0084 and 0.999 1, the detection limit was 0.53 μ g/L, standard recovery test was 96.4.7-101.7 %, RSD was 1.15-3.90 %. Conclution The content of Cd in samples which were microwave-digested can be detected directly by AAS. This method which had the advantages of good linearity, high recovery rate and easy to operate is suitable for detecting the content of Cd in animal liver.
