襄阳市204名女性性服务人员性病防护措施调查

Investigation on the self-protection of 240 female sex servants

目的了解不同级别娱乐场所女性性服务人员对性病、艾滋病的了解程度和性行为时个人防护的状况。方法按照规模不同将娱乐场所分为高、中、低3层，每层采用方便抽样方法选择一定数量娱乐场所，从中选择11家娱乐场所中所有女性性服务人员进行问卷调查和深入访谈，收集该群体的人口学特征、性病艾滋病相关知识、获取性病艾滋病知识主要来源、艾滋病自愿检测、安全套使用情况、个人防护等资料。结果本次共调查女性性服务人员204名，其中56名来自高档宾馆，68名来自中档酒店，80名来自小型发廊，〈20岁的占45．00％，20～40岁的占55．00％，汉族占91．00％。高档宾馆、中档酒店和小型发廊女性性服务人员对“偶尔一次无保护性行为是否会感染性病”这一问题的回答正确率分别是92．00％、59．00％、31．00％；对“戴安全套能否100．00％预防性病艾滋病”这一问题的回答正确率分别是81．00％、42．00％、24．0HD％。高、中、低3类场所女性性服务人员最近一月与客人发生性行为时安全套使用率分别是59．00％、21．00％、16．00％。最近一月与客人发生性行为时不用安全套或安全套破损或脱落时，3类场所女性性服务人员使用药物冲洗阴道进行自身防护，其中高档宾馆防护使用率为51．00％，中档酒店和小型发廊分别为22．00％和7．oo％。经过对比分析，中低档娱乐场所女性性服务人员性病艾滋病感染风险高于高档场所。结论中低档娱乐场所的女性性服务人员大多数缺乏性病艾滋病知识，自身防护意识差，安全套的使用率低。这就增加了患性病艾滋病的风险和传播危险。因此，加强女性性服务人员对性病艾滋病的认知和性行为时个人防护，应成为今后干预工作的重点。

Objective To investigate the knowledge about HIV and STD, and the self-protection during sexing among female sex servants from entertainment places of different levels. Methods All of the entertainment places are divided into three layers depending on their scale .In each layer, we adopted convenience sampling to choose a certain amount of entertainment places. And we chose eleven entertainment places from above, from which all of the female sex servants were surveyed by questionnaires as well as interview face to face ,thus we can collect the information about the demo- graphic characters, the knowledge relating AIDS and STD ,the major approaches of knowing STD and AIDS, AIDS vol- untary testing, the situation of condom use and self-protection and so on. Result In total ,204 female sex servants were investigated, of whom 56 were from upscale hotels, 68 were from middle-grade hotels and 80 were from small salons. Of all the informants, 45% were younger than 20 years old, 55 % were between 20 and 40 years old, and 91% were Han Nationality. Of all the informants ,when asked the question ＂Will a person who sexes without protective measures occa- sionally infects STD＂, 92 % of servants from upscale hotels, 42 % of servants from middle-grade hotels, and 31% of servants from small salons gave a correct answer. Moreover, when asked the question ＂Can condemn prevent from AIDS absolutely ＂ 81% of servants from upscale hotels, 42 % of servants from middle-grade hotels, and 24 % of servants from small salons answered correctly. During the sex in the most recent month, the usage rate of condemn in sex servants from upscale, mid-range and small entertainment places is 59 %, 21% and 16 % respectively .During sexing, when females did not use a condemn or the condemn worn or fell off, sex servants may rinse vazina bv drnzs to protect themselves.During the sex in the most recent month, the rate of making this protection of upscale, mid-range, small hotels is 51%, 22 % ,7 % respectively. After comparison and analysis, sex servants in low-level entertainment places have higher risk of infecting HIV than servants in high-level places. Conclusion Sex servants in the entertainment places of mid and lower levels generally lack knowledge about AIDS, they lack the awareness of self-protection , and the usage rate of condemn is low. All the above facts increase the risk of the infection and spread of AIDS and STD. Thus, we should at- tach much importance to enhancing the knowledge about AIDS and STJ and self-protection of female sex servants in our work later.
