自制通便贴膏神阙穴位贴敷防治急性心力衰竭患者便秘的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Custom Catharsis Plaster on Shenque Point in Preventing and Treating Constipation in Patients With Acute Heart Failure

目的观察自制通便贴膏神阙穴位贴敷防治急性心力衰竭患者便秘的临床疗效。方法将69例急性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组。治疗组36例给予自制通便贴膏治疗,对照组33例给予饮食指导。观察2组治疗前后大便情况。结果治疗组总有效率为77.8%;对照组总有效率为69.7%,2组治疗前后有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制通便贴膏具有良好的预防便秘的作用,且安全易于操作。

Objective To observe clinical effect of constipation in patients with acute heart failure by applying custom catharsis plaster on Shenque point. Methods 69 acute heart failure patients with constipation were randomly divided into two groups,36 patients in treatment group were received catharsis plaster treatment, while 33 patients in control group were received diet instruction. We observed defecate conditions before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 77.8% , and in control group was 69.7%. The clinical curative effect comparison of two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Custom catharsis plaster showed excellent effect on constipation adjustment. And, it＇ s safe and easy to operate.
