Clinical Application of 2th Prescription of Palpitation

心悸是指病人自觉心中悸动,惊惕不安,甚则不能自主的一种病证。临床多呈发作性,且常伴胸闷、气短、失眠、健忘、眩晕、耳鸣等症。病情较轻者为惊悸,常有外因诱发,时作时止;病情较重者为怔忡,常无明显诱因,持续存在。《黄帝内经》未见＂心悸、怔忡＂之病名,最为相近的记载是《素问·气交变大论》＂岁水太过,寒气流行,邪害心火。民病身热烦心躁悸,阴厥上下中寒,谵妄心痛＂[1]。

Objective To introduce clinical understanding about the second prescription of palpitation in treating palpitation. We analysised palpitation pathogenesis through the ancient classics and introduced the second prescription of palpitation. Attaching a medical records, we discussed application the second prescription of curing palpitation with syndrome of deficiency of heart-qi and internal disturbance of phlegm heat.
