分析探讨综合改良护理法用于先兆流产患者不安心理的护理效果

Analysis on Comprehensive Improvement Nursing Method for Nursing Intervention in Patients With Threatened Abortion Restless Psychology

目的通过对比综合改良护理法和常规护理方法,分析探讨综合改良护理法用于先兆流产患者不安心理的护理效果。方法选取100例先兆流产患者,分成两组,分别给予常规护理和综合改良护理法护理,对比两组针对患者不安心理的护理效果。结果入院时,两组患者的SAS评分没有统计学差异,P>0.05;入院第7天和入院第14天时,试验组患者的SAS评分平均值均明显小于对照组患者评分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。试验组患者的阴道出血和腹痛缓解所需时间明显小于对照组患者,保胎成功率明显大于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论综合改良护理法用于先兆流产患者不安心理的护理效果明显好于常规护理方法,综合改良护理法值得在临床护理先兆流产患者中推广使用。

Objective To analysis the comprehensive improvement of nursing intervention in patients with threatened abortion restless psychology, compared with routine nursing care. Methods 100 cases of threatened abortion patients were divided into two group：s. Control group were given routine nursing and test group were given comprehensive improvement of nursing care. We compared two groups of the nursing intervention in patients with anxiety. Results On admission, there was no statistically significant difference of the SAS score between the two groups of patients（P 〉 O. 05）. On the 7th day and 14th day after admission, SAS scores in test group was significantly less than that of the control group（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The difference was statistically significant. Vaginal bJeeding and abdominal pain remission time in test groups was less than that in the control group, and the success rate was obviously higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The comprehensive improvement of nursing intervention in patients with threatened abortion anxiety is obviously better than the routine nursing care. The comprehensive improvement of nursing method is worthy to be popularized in clinical nursing of threatened abortion oatients.
