摘要
以吉纳和叠氮化钠为原料,在复合溶剂中反应得到1,5二叠氮基–3硝基氮杂戊烷(DIANP)收率为90%左右。研究了物料比、反应温度、反应时间等对产物收率和纯度的影响,确定的最佳反应条件为:采用复合溶剂,吉纳和叠氮化钠的质量比为10.65反应时间为6 h反应温度为90~95℃。该法操作简单,产品收率高,后处理容易。
1,5-Diazido-3-nitrazapentane (DIANP) was obtained in the composite solvents by using DINA and sodium azide as raw materials, and the yield was about 90%. The influence of reactant ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time etc. on the yield and purity of product was investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: using the composite solvents, the mass ratio of DINA to sodium azide of 1:0.65, the reaction time of 6 h, the reaction temperature of 90-95 ℃. This method is simlale to ooerate, the yield of product is high, and the post-treatment is easy.
