摘要
分别测定了偏二甲肼中微量水在3A、4A、5A分子筛上的吸附等温线,并用Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程进行拟合。同时考察了吸附过程对偏二甲肼、偏腙、二甲胺等组分的影响。结果显示,水在3种分子筛上的吸附实验数据基本都适用2个吸附方程。相对而言,在3A、4A上的吸附等温线用Langmuir方程拟合最为吻合,在5A分子筛上的吸附等温线则显示Freundlich方程更适用些。吸附过程对偏二甲肼、偏腙、二甲胺等组分无影响。
The adsorption isotherms of trace water in sieves were separately determined and fitted by using unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine on 3A, 4A, 5A molecular the Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation. And the influence of adsorption process on ingredients including unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine, unsymhydrazone, dimethylamine, and so on was investigated. The results show that the adsorption experimental data of water on the three kinds of molecular sieves are basically suitable to the said two equations. The adsorption isotherms on 3A, 4A molecular sieves are most consistent with the results fitted by the Langmuir equation, and the adsorption isotherm on 5A molecular sieve is more suitable to that fitted by Freundlich equation. The adsorption process has no influence on the ingredients including unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine, unsymhydrazone, dimethvlamine, and so on.
