摘要 橙酮类化合物具有广泛的生物活性,如抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗微生物、抗肥胖、拒食、除草等活性。由于橙酮类化合物多存在于植物中,且含量不高,所以在对橙酮类化合物进行研究时,需要一些化学方法对其合成。本文综述了橙酮化合物的合成方法,并对合成方法进行分析总结。 Aurones have a wide range of biological activities, such as anticancer, antioxidant, antimicro-bial, anti-obesity, insect antifeedant, herbicidal, etc. Aurones are mainly found in plants and containing low contents. When aurones is being studied, it is need several chemical methods to synthesize them. This article outlined the synthetic methods of the aurones and reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of these meth-ods.
