摘要
主要对气相色谱法测定动脉压迫止血器中环氧乙烷残留量的方法进行验证,在验证实验中发现,平衡时间内平衡温度的变化,平衡时间的长短,测定取样的部位,均会对最终结果产生影响。经验证后发现,该方法简单可靠,灵敏度高,准确性重复性好,可用于动脉压迫止血器中环氧乙烷残留量的测定。
The residual EO in arteria hemostat was validated by GC. The change of equilibrium temper-ature in equilibrium time, equilibrium time and the part of sampling effected the results of the experiment. The method has proved simple and reliable, high sensitivity, accuracy, repeatability, and can be used to check the residual EQ in arteria hemostat.
