摘要
针对永磁铁氧体湿法成型产生的含油乳化液废水,使用无机复合破乳剂和有机絮凝剂对废水处理进行了研究。确定了适合永磁铁氧体生产含油乳化液废水的破乳剂、絮凝剂、p H值,并确定了药剂的最佳用量。实验表明,处理后的水达到国家污水排放标准,个别指标达到一级排放标准。处理后的水可以重新进入生产系统使用,也可以直接对外排放,既保护了环境又节约了水资源,减少水资源的浪费,进而降低企业生产成本,提高企业的经济效益。
In view of wet-pressed permanent ferrite magnet, treatment of oily emulsion wastewater was researched using inorganic composite demulsifier and organic flocculant. Types and corresponding dosage of demulsifier, flocculant and pH value were determined suitable for oily emulsion wastewater from permanent ferrite magnet production. Experiments show that treated oily emulsion wastewater meets the national sewage discharge standards, and individual index meets national Grade-1 discharge standard. Treated water can be both reused in production and directly discharged, protecting environment, reducing waste of water resources, reducing production cost, and increasing economic benefits of enterprises.
