摘要
随着劳动者法律意识的不断增强,特别是《劳动合同法》颁布后,企业劳动用工法律风险日益加大,尤其是能源企业作为劳动密集型单位,劳动用工纠纷趋于上升。通过实地调研,个案研究等方法,对《企业职工奖惩条例》废停止原因进行阐述,分析了能源企业法律风险产生的因素,针对性地提出了如何防范和控制能源企业劳动用工风险的对策和建议,以期为企业的管理和决策提供一些参考。
With the legal consciousness enhancement of the worker, the legal risk of labor increasing. Especial in the labor-intensive energy enterprise, labor disputes tend to rise. Through consulting field investigation and case studies, the influence of abolition of worker rewards and punishment regulations was analyzed. To provide the recommendations of management and decision for the energy enterprise, the prevention of labor and employment risk was researched in depth.
