摘要
简要介绍了典型稀土分离的工艺特点,分析了稀土分离的高盐废水的来源及水质特点,提出了首先对萃取分离废水中的、萃取剂、重金属和放射性进行预处理,然后与碳沉母液合并蒸发结晶处理,对草沉母液直接进行蒸发回收草酸和盐酸,蒸发过程产生的冷凝水可回用于生产工序,产生的工业盐可作为副产品外售,该技术技术有效,经济可行,实现了高盐废水零排放。
The process characteristics were briefly introduced, water source and qualities of high-salt wastewater for the rare earth separation were analyzed. It came up with the preliminary treatment towards extraction agent, heavy metal and radiation. Then carbonaceous sediment mother liquor was merged along and crystallized after evaporation. Direct evaporation shall be done upon oxalic acid sediment to collect hydrochloric and oxalic acid. The condensed water from evaporation will be returned for process water from which the industrial salt will be generated which can be sold as by-product. The technology has been proven effective and economical which has realized zero discharge of high salt waste water.
