摘要
烟气炉是高炉喷煤制粉系统的重要设备,进入炉役后期,因炉子内部日倾老化、炉衬脱落,耐材受到严重侵蚀和破坏,造成炉体漏风,其隔热保温能力和烟气炉蓄热效果差,导致制粉量减少,无法保证高炉的正常喷煤。通过在烟气炉的内表面喷涂新型耐材高温远红外固体精进行技术修复,增强了炉子的隔热保温效果,加大了烟气炉内部的辐射交换能力,热效率得到显著提高,节能降耗。一举攻克了因烟气量的不足而使制粉调节困难,影响磨机制粉能力发挥的关键,提高了磨机的生产效率,满足了高炉的喷煤要求,综合效益明显。
Flue gas furnace is an important equipment of blast furnace pulverized coal pulverizing system, into the late campaign, because inside the furnace, furnace lining shedding on tilt aging, refractories severely eroded and damaged, resulting in leakage of the furnace body, heat insulation ability and flue gas furnace heat storage effect is poor, leading to reduction in the amount of the powder, unable to ensure the normal coal injection of blast furnace. Through application in gas furnace spraying the surface of new refractory material, high temperature far infrared solid fine repair techniques, enhance the oven heat insulation effect, increase the radiation flue gas furnace internal exchange capacity, thermal efficiency is improved, energy saving. In one fell swoop overcome because of the insufficient quantity of flue gas and the coal pulverizing adjustment difficulties, the key to play the effect of mill pulverizing capacity, improve the mill production efficiency, meet the requirement of blast furnace coal injection, obvious comprehensive benefits.
