摘要 当前,大学毕业生频繁跳槽现象越来越普遍,这既不利于大学生自身职业生涯发展,也对企业和高校不利。大学毕业生求职不理性、心态浮躁、实践能力不强,对企业关心不足是造成频繁跳槽的主要原因。对此,高校要加强与企业的沟通,让高校、企业和毕业生三方能够有效沟通和互动,相互了解,掌握实情;加强大学生价值观、心理素质教育,稳定心态;加强职业规划教育和职场适应教育,让大学毕业生能够准确定位,稳步适应职场初期发展,从根源上减少应届毕业生频繁跳槽现象,提高大学生就业质量。 At present, it's becoming an increasingly common phenomenon that college graduates frequently change jobs, which is harmful to the career development of graduates and the progress of enterprises and colleges. College graduates job irrational, impetuous attitude, practical ability is not strong, and short of the enterprise-concerning is the main reason causing the frequent job-hopping. Therefore, colleges should strengthen the trilateral effective communications and cooperation of colleges, enterprises and graduates, so as to increase mutual understanding and grasp the facts. On the other hand, more education about values and psychological quality should be carried out in order to help graduates stabilize their psychological states. Last but not the least, colleges should reinforce the career planning and workplace adapting education, which can make college graduates accurately position, steadily adapt to the initial development of job market so that the frequent job-hopping of college graduate can be reduced from the root and thus the employment quality of graduates can be enhanced.
