传统就业指导教学方法严重落后于就业指导教学的现实需要,产生教学陈旧,个性化教育缺失以及学术积极性缺乏等诸多弊端。现代教育技术的应用改变了传统课堂教学的固有模式,对就业指导教学方式产生了重大的影响。在就业指导教学中,可以探寻怎么合理运用现代教育技术,恰当地使用Computer Aided Instruction(CAI)系统,发挥出就业指导课的最大优势,梳理课堂的结构,提高表达的效率,增强学生的主动性,为就业市场培育合格的人才。

The traditional methods of teaching career guidance have lagged behind, which produces a lot of drawbacks. The application of modem educational technology has a significant impact on the teaching methods for employment guidance. Today ＂Multimedia mode＂ and Interact-based ＂network model＂ will develop rapidly. ＂Virtual reality model＂ based on computer simulation technology will also have broad prospects for development. In employment guidance teaching, how to properly use information technology and how to use the CAI system moderately, properly and timely should be explored in order to play the best efficiency of classroom teaching, to optimize classroom teaching structure and to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, which will make students change fi＇om passive to active, and help cultivate innovative talents needed by the social development
