高校职业指导质量提升策略探析——以广州地区部分高校为例 被引量:5

摘要 高校职业指导存在质量不高的问题,以广州地区部分高校为例,主要表现在高校对职业指导定位不准确,职业指导形式单一;工作层次较低,职业指导专业性不强;机构力量不足,职业指导内容体系不完善。为实现高校更高质量职业指导,应做到:树立职业指导新理念,实现全程化、全方位职业教育;创新职业指导方法,提升职业指导服务水平与层次;建立专业化职业指导队伍,提升职业指导人员素质;紧密联系用人单位,增强职业指导的针对性;利用网络服务平台,提升职业指导的实际效能。 The quality of occupational guidance is not high in university, take some universities in Guangzhou as an example. The main performance are: occupational guidance positioning is not accurate; form of occupational guidance is single; levels of work is lower; professional of career guidance is not strong; power of sector is inadequate; career guidance system is imperfect. To achieve a higher quality of college career guidance, we should do several aspects as below: establishing a new concept of career guidance; making the entire process and all-round vocational education to achieve, creating methods of occupational guidance; promoting levels of occupational guidance; building specialized occupational guidance teams; improving personnel quality of occupational guidance; keeping in touch with the employer; enhancing the pertinence of occupational guidance; using the network service platform; improving efficiency of occupational guidance.
