东南亚语言学科大学生就业意愿调查分析及启示——以广西民族大学为例

Analysis and Inspiration on Employment Aspirations Survey of College Students from Southeast Asian Language——Taking Guangxi University for Nationalities as an Example

中国—东盟自由贸易区合作背景下,东南亚语言学科毕业生就业国际化趋势日益显露。通过对广西民族大学东南亚语言学科大学生的问卷调查,深入系统地分析了当前东南亚语言学科大学生的就业意愿,从就业地域、行业性质、单位性质、职业性质、就业压力等多个角度分析影响大学生到东南亚国家就业的因素,并根据调查分析的结果,从高校、政府、学生及其家庭等几个方面提出对策建议,进而促进东南亚语言学科大学生实现良好的职业发展。

Under the background of China-ASEAN cooperation, international employment is becoming more and more obvious for the college students from Southeast Asian language. Through the survey of Guangxi University for Nationalities, an in-depth and systematic analysis of Employment aspirations of the college students from Southeast Asian language has been made. And it analyzes the factors from these following aspects： region;industry;unit;occupation;employment pressure,which affect the employment aspirations of college students from Southeast Asian language. Then it puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of the university, government, college students and their families, to realize good professional development.
