摘要
随着我国工业技术的发展和产业结构转型升级对创新人才的大量需求,致力于培养高级应用技术型人才的大学应当帮助学生在校期间掌握坚实的工程理论基础,具备良好的工程素质。要达到此目标,应用技术型本科高等院校就需要结合院校所在地的区域经济特点,根据人才培养规律和学生的特点,创建新的人才培养模式,按照市场需求和岗位要求培养毕业后在生产一线从事科技含量高、综合性强的技术工作和经营管理工作的高级应用型人才。
Because of industrial technology development and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in China, the society demands more and more innovative talents. Thus the university should help students not only to master a solid theoretical foundation, but also to have excellent engineering quality. According to the regional economy and students' characteristics, the university should develop a new talent cultivation model to cultivate senior applied talents who will be engaged in high technological content, comprehensive technical and management work in the production line after graduation.
