摘要
基于接触滑移理论以及库仑摩擦模型,利用通用有限元软件ANSYS的接触分析模块,建立CFRP拉索黏结型锚具精细化有限元模型.根据既有试验数据以及客观规律对所提出的精细化分析方法进行准确性验证,并利用经过准确性验证的有限元模型进行参数分析,从而得到外套筒锥度、黏结材料弹性模量以及筋材表面粗糙度与锚具锚固性能之间的关系,确定不同破坏形式下CFRP筋材直径的选择原则,给出可用来指导设计锚具合理尺寸的锚具极限拉力-最小锚固长度关系曲线.根据定量定性分析结果给出锚具锚固性能的优化方向,为新型锚固设计方法提供理论依据.
Based on the contact-sliding theory and the Coulomb friction model,a fine adhesive an-chorage model of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer)cables is established by using the contact module of the finite element software ANSYS.The accuracy of the proposed method is verified by the existing experimental data and objective laws.Using the verified finite element model,a para-metric study is also conducted by varying the key parameter values.The influences of the coning an-gle of anchorage outer layer,elastic modulus of bonding materials,and roughness of cable surface on anchorage performance are obtained.The selection criterion of cable diameters under different limit conditions is established,and the curves of the limit cable force and the shortest anchorage length to design the anchorage sizes are further obtained.The quantitative and qualitative analysis re-sults can be used as a theoretical guide to optimize the design of adhesive anchorage for CFRP cables.
