摘要
电极/有机界面特性是影响OLEDs器件性能的重要因素,而提高阴极和有机界面之间的载流子注入,能够改善OLEDs的发光效率以及工作电压。本文从阴极修饰和阴极构造两个方面介绍阴极/有机界面的研究进展,以期对阴极/有机界面的研究给出指导。
Cathode/organic interfacial properties play an important role in performance of OLEDs. The luminescence efficiency and work voltage can be modified by improving injection of carrier in cathode/organic interface. The modification and structures of cathode are introduced in this paper, it is expected to guide research of cathode/organic interface.
