摘要
研究了无磷转化前处理在CRS、GA、GI及Al底材上的薄膜形貌及薄膜的生长过程,并与普通电泳漆及高泳透力电泳漆配套,研究电泳漆及底材等因素对其漆膜厚度、耐腐蚀性能及泳透力的影响。
The film morphology and film-forming procedure of phosphate-free conversion film on CRS, GA, GI and A1 were studied. The phosphate-free conversion film was matched with the common electrophoresis paint and the electrophoresis paint of high electrophoretic force, and the effects of electrophoresis paint, substrate, and etc. on the thickness, anticorrosive property and throwing power of film were studied.
