复合成核剂对PPR结晶性能和力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以纳米级粉末橡胶与有机磷酸盐成核剂复配制备复合成核剂,通过差示扫描量热法分析了复合成核剂改性无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)的结晶温度、等温结晶行为及等温结晶动力学,利用偏光显微镜研究了复合成核剂对PPR结晶形态的影响。结果表明:复合成核剂中纳米级粉末橡胶的引入提高了成核效率;与单一有机磷酸盐成核剂相比,当复合成核剂质量分数为0.20%时,可使PPR形成更细小的结晶。 A new type of compound nucleating agent was prepared with nano rubber particle and organic phosphate. And the crystallization temperature and isothermal crystallization behavior and kinetics of random copolymerized polypropylene (PPR) modified by the compound nucleating agent were analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The influence of the compound nucleating agent on the crystallization morphology of the PPR was studied by polarized light microscope (PLM). The results show that the addition of the nano rubber particle results in the high nucleating efficiency of the compound nucleating agent. Compared with nucleating agent organic phosphate, the compound nucleating agent endow the PPR with finer crystal when its mass percentage is 0.20%.
