紫外光辐照交联聚烯烃弹性体的研究

摘要 以二苯甲酮为引发剂,三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯为交联剂,采用紫外光对聚烯烃弹性体(POE)进行辐照交联,研究了辐照时间对POE的凝胶含量、力学性能、维卡软化温度、耐热性、电性能、硬度等的影响。结果表明:随着辐照时间延长,POE的凝胶含量、绝缘性逐渐增加,拉伸强度、热分解温度、拉伸断裂能、硬度和维卡软化温度先升高后下降,而断裂拉伸应变逐渐下降;当辐照时间为2 s时,拉伸强度、体积电阻率、维卡软化温度较纯POE分别提高29.3%,436.4%,6.1℃。 Polyolefin elastomer (POE) was UV-photocrosslinked with benzophenone as photo-initiator and triallyl isocyanurate as crosslinker, and the effects of photocrosslinking time on gel content, mechanical properties, Vicat softening temperature, thermal resistance, electrical insulation resistance, hardness, etc. were studied. The results show that the gel content and the insulation resistance of POE rise with increasing photocrosslinking time. The tensile strength, tensile fracture energy, thermal decomposition temperature, hardness and Vicat softening temperature of POE increase first and then decrease, while the tensile strain at break of POE decreases gradually with the increase in photocrosslinking time. When the photocrosslinking time is 2 s, the tensile strength, volume resistivity and Vicat softening temperature of photocrosslinked POE are increased by 29.3%, 436.4%, and 6.1 ℃ respectively in comparison with those of pure POE.
