摘要 综述了国内外热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)的研发现状、合成技术、性能和应用领域等。TPEE同时具有橡胶的柔软性、弹性,以及热塑性塑料的刚性和易加工性,通过调节软硬段比例,可使TPEE的弹性和强度处于橡胶和塑料之间。与其他热塑性弹性体相比,TPEE的耐热性能最高,且在高、低温条件下的力学性能损失小。全球TPEE需求量增长很快,产能不能满足市场需求,发展前景良好。2013年,国内TPEE的需求量超过35 kt,年增长率达到10%以上,因此,国内应加大TPEE产业的投入力度,提高其产量和市场竞争力。 The research status,synthetic techniques,properties and applications of thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) at home and abroad are reviewed. TPEE has both flexibility,elasticity of rubber and rigidity, easy processing of thermoplastic. The elasticity and strength of TPEE can be between rubber and plastic by adjusting the proportions of hard segment to soft segment. The heat-resistance of TPEE is higher and its mechanical properties loss is smaller than those of other thermoplastic elastomers. The global demand of TPEE is growing rapidly and its capacity can not satisfy the demand, so TPEE has a good development prospect. The domestic demand of TPEE exceeds 35 kt in 2013,and its annual growth rate is over 10%. It is necessary to focus and increase the investment of TPEE industry in China to improve its yield and market competition.
