摘要
以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为大分子单体,与不含极性基团的苯乙烯(St)、含多重双键结构的改性β-环糊精(β-CD-MA),通过悬浮聚合法进行共聚合,得到不同组成的EPDM-St-β-CD-MA三元共聚吸油树脂,采用核磁共振氢谱和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征了其结构、吸油性能及吸油后断面的微观形貌。结果表明:加入适量β-CD-MA可大幅提高EPDM-St-β-CD-MA三元共聚吸油树脂对柴油的吸油倍率和吸油速率,吸油3天即可达到饱和吸油状态,最大吸油倍率达19.8 g/g;EPDM-St-β-CD-MA三元共聚吸油树脂吸油后的膨胀程度更大,在工业废水中的浮油处理方面具有潜在的应用价值。
A series of oil-absorbing resins with different monomer composition were synthesized by suspension terpolymerization with ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) as macro-molecule monomer, styrene (St) without polar group and modified β-cyclodextrin containing vinyl groups (β-CD-MA). The structure, oil absorbency and submicroscopic structure of the oil-absorbing resins after absorbing diesel were studied by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), etc. The results show that the oil absorptivity and oil-absorption rate of the EPDM-St-β-CD-MA oil-absorbing resin in diesel are obviously increased by adding appropriate amount of β-CD-MA. It only takes three days for the resin to reach its saturate state of oil absorption and the highest oil absorptivity of the resin is 19.8 g/g. The EPDM-St-β-CD-MA oil-absorbing resin exhibits higher oil absorbing expansion degree. And the novel oil-absorbing resin possesses potential applications in cleaning diesel floating on industrial waste water.
