摘要 通过分析国内外同类透明无规共聚聚丙烯(PP)及其制品对PP分子结构的要求,确定了透明无规共聚PPK4826A的关键性能指标,并进行了试生产,研究了K4826A的结构、性能及应用。结果表明:K4826A的熔体流动速率为22~24g/10min、乙烯质量分数为3.30%、正己烷提取物质量分数小于2.00%,拉伸屈服强度可达27.0MPa以上,弯曲模量达1.100GPa以上,Izod缺口冲击强度达100J/m以上,1mm厚注塑片的雾度小于11%。 The key property indicators of transparent random copolymerized polypropylene (PP) grade K4826A and its products were determined by analyzing the requirements of the molecular structure of the same kind of transparent random copolymerized PP at home and abroad. The trial production of K4826A was performed, and the structure, properties and applications of K4826A were studied. The results show that K4826A has melt flow rate of 22-24 g/10 min, ethylene mass content of 3.30%, n-hexane extract mass content less than 2.00%, tensile strength at yield over 27.0 MPa, bending modulus over 1.100 GPa, notched Izod impact strength more than 100 J/m, and haze of its injection molding plate in thickness of 1 mm less than 11%.
