摘要 利用三维有限元软件Maxwell对磁通变换器的静、动态特性进行仿真计算,并通过试验测量验证了仿真方法及结果的正确性。在此基础上分析了旁路、铁心工作点、线圈参数等因素对磁通变换器特性的影响,并综合各种因素进行了优化设计,达到了降低功耗、提高动作速度、减小体积的目的。 Static and dynamic characteristics of flux transfer trip were calculated hy Maxwell of three- dimension finite element analysis software, and the analysis method and results were proved by the experiments. The influences of core bypass, core operating point and coil parameters to dynamic characteristics of flux transfer trip were analyzed. Thus the optimization design was done, which can reduce the power consumption, improve action response and minimize the size.
