摘要
介绍了一种实现大规模可再生能源发电接入电网的虚拟发电厂(VPP)技术。简述了VPP产生的背景,从定义、功能结构、特性以及分类等方面详述了VPP的概况。总结了VPP多个研究方向的研究现状及目前的试验项目,继而讨论了VPP的控制结构及其参与电力市场的运行过程。最后提出了VPP发展亟待解决的技术难题。
This paper firstly introduces the background of virtual power plant (VPP) and then presents an overview of VPP including its definition, functional structure, characteristics, classification and so on. After that, re[e'~ant researches in mu|tip[e aspects and projects of VPP are summarized. Additionally, contrnI structure and functioning process of VPP in electricity market are discussed. Finally technical problems to be solved for the development of VPP are presented.
