摘要 根据分散式风电的特性及我国电网结构,分析了电网运行中对分散式风电的要求。结合国内外分散式风电的运行实践和仿真论证结果,阐述了其接入电网关键技术,提出了适合我国分散式风电发展的技术路线和政策需求。 Based on the characteristics of the dispersed wind power and China' s power grid structure, the operational requirements of the grid to dispersed wind power were analyzed. Combined with the results of operation practice and simulation study, key technologies of dispersed wind power to the grid were analyzed, and policy requirements for the development of dispersed wind power were proposed.
