基于因子分析法的安徽省种业企业竞争力研究

A Study on the Competitiveness of Seed Enterprises in Anhui Province Based on Factor Analysis

运用因子分析法,以具有区域、行业典型性的省内外种业企业为代表,对安徽省内、外种业企业竞争力影响因子进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,业务管理因子是影响省内种业企业竞争力的主因子,其次是市场营运因子和发展潜力因子。与省外龙头种子企业对比,在收益能力、发展潜能方面省内种子企业的竞争力较强,在其他方面较弱。针对上述问题,提出通过提高企业经营管理水平、拓宽企业融资渠道、增强企业科研创新能力等途径,增强省内种业企业的竞争力,推动种业的发展,保障国家的粮食安全。

By reference to relevant data and research literature, we take regionally representative and typical seed enterprises in and out of Anhui Province as examples, and make a comparative analysis on the factors influencing the competitiveness of seed enterprises in and out of Anhui Province.The result suggests that business management works as the main factor that influences the competitiveness of seed enterprises in Anhui Province, and the factor of market operation and development potential followed by. Compared with the leading enterprises outside the province , seed enterprises in Anhui Province are more competitive in profitability and development potential, while less competitive in other aspects.In view of the problem, this paper indicates that, in order to improve competitiveness of seed enterprises in Anhui Province , boost the development of seed industry , and guarantee national food security, a series of measures should be undertaken by seed enterprises in Anhui Province , such as enhancing the level of business management, developing more sources of finance and strengthening the ability of scientific research and innovation .
