Strategy of Supply Chain Coordination in ERP Environment

在ERP环境下,供应链管理是不可避免的,而供应链协调的研究是供应链管理的一个最重要也是最基本的内容。本文研究弹性需求下,由单一供应商和单一零售商组成的供应链的协调订货问题。该协调运用共同补给期策略,引入了零售商超额转让折扣率,建立了确定共同补给期和相应折扣率的模型,提出求解算法,仿真研究说明了该协调策略的有效性和可行性。

In ERP environment, supply chain management is inevitable.The coordination of the supply chain is one of the most important and basic content of the supply chain management .This paper studys supply chain＆#39;s coordination and ordering prob-lem by coordination by a single supplier and a single retailer under elastic demand .Using common replenishment policy for the co-ordination, we introduce a retailer excess transfer discount rate, establish a model to determine the common replenishment period and the appropriate discount rate, and then discuss a solution algorithm .Furthermore, through numerical experiments and simula-tion, we illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the coordination policy.
