计量送料装置是自动包装机中重要组成部分,其计量精度和速度直接影响包装机的性能。本文主要是探究基于单片机控制,由步进电机驱动螺旋式计量送料装置的设计方案。该计量送料装置具有控制简单、计量精度高、便于修调的特点,适用于粉末状或细小颗粒状物品的包装机。

The metering feeding device is an important part of automatic packaging machine , and its measurement precision and speed directly affect the performance of packaging machine .This paper mainly focuses on the single-chip microcomputer con-trol and the screw metering feeding device driven by the stepper motor .This metering feeding device has characteristics of simple control, high precision and easy regulation.Therefore, it is applicable to packaging machine for powder or granular materials .
