摘要
某大桥主桥为一座三跨连续梁桥,需要整体提升3m,主要介绍了顶升系统的工作原理、施工过程以及桥梁顶升时相应的监测情况。为了保证分级顶升的安全性和控制标准,我们建立了三维有限元模型,对其变形和应力分布特征进行了模拟,得到了理论上的控制阀值。根据理论分析成果,该三跨连续梁桥得以成功顶升,本工程的成功实施对类似工程有很强的参考价值。
There is one three span continuous girder bridge which needs to be integral improved 3m. This paper mainly introduces the the working principle of lifting system, construction progress and the bridge jacking corresponding monitoring. In order to ensure the safety of successive lifting and control standards, we establish the three-dimensional finite element model to simulate the jacking bridge deformation, stress distribution characteristics and the control threshold in theory. According to the theoretical analysis results, the three span continuous girder bridge was successfully lifted and the successful implementation of the project has very strong reference value to the similar engineering.
