摘要
通过取代率、配筋率、砖粒含量、硅粉含量及多元混杂纤维含量共5种参数的变化,设计了13根梁构件并进行了受弯性能试验。试验结果表明:各因素中配筋率明显影响受弯梁的抗弯承载力;随着取代率的增加,受弯承载力并未降低却反之提高;而硅粉、混杂纤维与活性矿物料复合作用能有效改善弯曲性能;而适当的砖粒含量由于大孔隙吸水性强的特点间接降低了再生骨料混凝上中的水灰比,从而一定程度上也提高了抗弯性能。
According to the changes in five parameters , such as the replacement ratio , reinforcement ratio , the content of baked brick aggregate , the content of silicon powder and the content of multivariate mixed fiber , the 13 EC-RAC beam specimens were designed to carry out bending performance tests .The test results show that in the various factors , the reinforcement ratio significantly influences the flexural bearing capacity of the bending beams ;with the increase of replacement ratio , on the one hand , the bending bearing capacity is not decreased but increased . On the other hand , the compound action of the silicon powder , the hybrid fiber and the active mineral material can effectively improve the flexural performance; the proper brick grain content with its characteristics of strong water imbibitions due to its macrospore , which indirectly reduces the water-cement ratio in the RAC , to a certain extent , also improves the bending performance .
