摘要
在软土地基上修建的高速公路,由于预压时间不足等原因,可能会造成通车后高速公路日沉降速率过大,路基发生不均匀沉降;为减小路基的剩余沉降,采用对路基横向引孔,并换填气泡混合轻质土进行处置;处置后路基沉降速率趋于稳定,剩余沉降明显减小,避免了因封锁高速公路进行施工带来的经济损失。通过对气泡混合轻质土的室内试验研究,并结合工程实例介绍其在已通车高速公路处置沉降中的应用,通过换填,路基荷载从74.2 kPa减至69.8 kPa,试验段月沉降速率减小50%左右,剩余工后沉降减小70%以上。
Generally, since an express highway is built on the soft soil foundation , it cannot meet the requirement of consolidation degree during the construction period , the sedimentation rate is too large , resulting in uneven roadbed settlement after the opening of the highway .To reduce residual settlement of the roadbed transverse holes were used for the roadked and the foamed cement was used .After the disposal of the roadbed , the sedimentation rate stabilized and the residual settlement reduced .Simultaneously , the economic losses caused by disturbing traffic operation were avoided .The laboratory experiments for foamed cement were carried out .Combined the projects , its application in the disposal of the settlement of express highway was introduced .By replacing, the load was reduced from 74.2 kPa to 69.8 kPa, the monthly sedimentation rate of test section was reduced by about 50%, the residual settlement of the remaining work was reduced by more than 70%.
