摘要
AM-OLED(有源矩阵-有机发光二极管)被称为下一代平板显示技术.在AM-OLED驱动控制芯片的电源电路设计中,电荷泵电路的设计尤为关键.电荷泵的功能是对输入电压按一定倍数进行DC-DC升压、降压和反压,为其他模块提供供电电压.在详细分析AM-OLED驱动控制芯片对电源电路需求的基础上,完成了对电荷泵系统的Verilog-A建模和设计,最后采用0.16μm HV工艺对电路进行了HSPICE仿真验证.
AM-OLED (Active Matrix-Organic Light Emitting Diode) is called the next-generation flat panel display technology .The design of the charge pump is the key point for the design of power supply module in AM-OLED driver IC .The charge pump can be used as a booster or a buck or an inverter of the input voltage ,to supply the operating voltages for other circuit block . After analyzing the function and performance requirements of power supply module in AM-OLED driver IC ,the Verilog-A model and the design of all charge pump module have been completed and they are simulated by HSPICE using 0 .16 μm HV process .
