Surveillance Results of Routine Immunization in Guizhou,2010-2012

目的评价2010-2012年贵州省儿童常规免疫接种情况,提出贵州省免疫接种工作指导措施。方法分析2010-2012年常规免疫接种率监测结果,对监测数据利用不同来源的数据进行分析、评估,并采用差值（D）和比值（R）评价方法进行比较分析。结果贵州省常规免疫报表上报的完整性逐年提高,各疫苗报告接种率均大于90%。对各种疫苗的D值评价,报告可信的比例为26.67%~46.67%;R值评价,报告可信的比例为41.7%.大年龄组儿童的估算接种率不高结论贵州省扩大免疫规划工作稳步推进,但监测数据的真实性较差,下一步应重点加强对基层的培训指导,加强对流动儿童的管理等工作。

Objective To assessment the current status of routine immunization in Guizhou province, and to pro- vide guidelines for the immunization work. Method The surveillance data of routine immunization in Guizhou during 2010-2012 were collected through different sources and were analyzed by differentials （D） and ratio （R） evaluation methods. Results The completeness of surveillance data of routine immunization coverage in- creased year by year, and all the reported coverage rates were above 90%. With D evaluation methods, the report credible ratio was 26.67% -46.67% and with R methods the credible ratio was 41.7%. The estimated coverage rate was not high in the older age group of children. Conclusion Expanded program on immunization in Guizhou is progressing steadily, yet the authenticity of surveillance data is poor. Basic training and manage- ment of the migrant children should be strengthened in the next step.
