摘要
目的了解雅安市2009-2012年手足口病流行特征,为控制手足口病的流行提供数据支持。方法通过网络直报收集2009-2012年雅安市手足口病例报告,进行描述性流行病学统计分析。结果 2009-2012年共报告手足口病5 259例,总发病率为87.00/10万,无死亡病例报告,重症病例6例,其中2009年报告4例,2010年、2011年各报告1例;病例主要分布在雨城区,为1 582例,其次为名山、汉源和芦山,报告例数分别为961例、860例和651例;发病率以芦山县、雨城区和宝兴县较高,分别为142.24/10万、114.48/10万和110.02/10万。以春夏季节交替为高发时期;年龄分布集中在5岁以下儿童,共发病4 794例,占病例总数的91.16%,托幼、散居儿童占病例总数的95.53%;病原体以CoxA16型为主,占39.47%,其次为EV71型和其他肠道病毒,分别占30.99%和29.53%。结论雅安市2009-2012年手足口病发病地区分布差异较大,手足口病防控工作应以幼托与散居儿童为重点人群,广泛开展健康教育,落实综合防治措施。
Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Yaan from 2009 to 2012, and to provide references for HFMD prevention and control. Methods Based on direct network report, cases of HFMD in Yaan during 2009 -2012 were collected and analyzed with descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 5259 HFMD cases were reported, with a overall incidence of 87/10^5 from 2009 to 2012, with no deaths and 6 severe cases, 4 of the 6 cases were reported in 2009, and one case in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Cases are mainly distributed in Yuchcng, with a total number of 1582 cases, followed by Mingshan, hanyuan and Lushan, with case numbers of 961, 860 and 651, respectively. The higher incidence rates distributed in Lushan, Yucheng and Baoxing county, with incidence rates of 142.24/10^5 , 114.48/10^5 and 110. 02/10^5 , respectively. The high - incidence season was in the transition period of Spring to Summer. The onset age concentrated in 5 years or below, with 4794 cases, accounting for 91.16% of the total; children in nurseries and scattered children account for 95.53% of the total cases. Pathogen was predominantly CoxA16 type (39.47%), followed by virus EV71 (30. 99%) and the rest types (29.53%). Conclu- sion HFMD prevention and control work should be focused on scattered children and nursery children; mean- while, targeted health comprehensive measures including education should be carried out broadly.
