摘要
在中国历史上对于人才的作用,各家认识基本一致,但对于人才选拔的标准,则是仁者见仁,智者见智。《管子》在有德者即为人才的基础上,主张大人才观,认为凡有一技之能的各行各业优秀者都是人才;此外,对于以"相"为首的"中央之人"提出了更高的要求。
It is almost the same opinions in Chinese history for the role of talent but for the selecting standard. Guan-tzu thinks that the basis of great talent is virtue, and advocates great talent view that every outstanding person of all walks of life is the talent. In addition, it put forward higher requirements for "the people for the central gov- ernment" who headed by "Prime minister".
