Retrofit and Effects Analysis on Steam Seal of 300MW Turbine

针对汽轮机热耗平均值偏高的问题,提出对汽轮机组轴端汽封,高、中压缸隔板汽封及低压缸隔板汽封进行改造的方案,通过分析其改造效益,认为该次改造可降低供电煤耗、快速回收成本,提高机组运行经济性。

In view of the problems of turbine heat average be-ing higher,this paper puts forwards a retrofit scheme to in-volve the shaft end seal,the high and middle pressure cylin-der diaphragm seal and the low pressure cylinder diaphragm seal,this paper considers that the retrofit can reduce coal consumptioncost of power supply,recover costs fastly,and can improve the operation economy of unit through retrofit efficiency analysis.
