摘要 为了快速检测足尺人造板的力学性能,自行研制了检测样机,该样机的控制系统采用PC+NI运动控制卡的结构。硬件主要由PC机、NI运动控制卡、电机、接近开关、传感器等组成,系统软件使用图形化编程语言Labview为开发平台,对多轴运动控制系统进行开发。重点阐述了控制原理、如何提高系统的稳定性及抗干扰性。结果表明,该系统人机界面友好,开发周期短,易于操作,具有很好的稳定性和抗干扰性。 In order to detect the mechanical property of the full-scale wood-based panels quickly, self-developed detection prototype, this control system uses the structure of PC and NI motion controller board. System hardware consists of PC,NI motion controller board, servo motor, proximity switch, sensor and other components. System software uses the graphical programming language-Labview as development platform to develop multi-axes control system. This article emphasis states the theory of control system, how to increase the system stability and anti-interference. The result shows that the developed system not only has a friendly interactive, but also has a short exploitation time and easy to operate, what' s more the control system has a good stability and anti-interference.
