本文报道了河西走廊祁连山区主要的野生可食植物42种,分析了主要种类的营养价值和保健功能,以及利用现状,并提出了持续发展思路。
This article reported the study on 40 kinds of main wild edible plant in The He xi corridor Qi lian mountain area.The analysis of the nutrition value and the health protection function of the present situation was elucidated the for furtherdevelop ment.
