摘要 目的确定黄体酮亚微乳注射剂的处方及制备工艺,并对其性质进行考察。方法采用高压均质法制备黄体酮亚微乳,通过正交试验设计优选了黄体酮亚微乳的最佳处方及制备工艺,并通过粒径测定、Zeta电位测定、粘度测定考察了黄体酮亚微乳的性质。结果在优化处方和工艺条件下,所制备的黄体酮亚微乳稳定性良好,平均粒径为218nm,Zeta电位为-38.5mV,粘度为2.5mPa·s。结论该处方及制备工艺可行,制得的黄体酮亚微乳可达到静脉注射使用的目的。 Objective To optimize the formulation and preparation procedure of progesterone submicron e- mulsion for injection, and to characterize it. Methods The progesterone ,.ubmieron emulsion was prepared by a high - pressure homogenization. The formulation and preparation of progesterone submicron emulsion were optimized by orthogonal experiments. The progesterone submicron emulsion was characterized based on the de- termination of its particle size, Zeta potential and viscosity. Results Tile progesterone submicron emulsion with good and stable quality was prepared by controlling various processing factors. The mean diameter was 218nm, the Zeta potential was -38.5mV and the viscosity was 2.5mPa · s. Conclusion The progesterone submicron emulsion made by this optimum formulation and preparation was fitted to be used for intravenous ad- ministration.
