摘要
针对某电厂大型汽轮发电机转子轴颈损伤问题,提出利用在线TR系统进行精车与珩磨的修复方案,介绍TR系统运行基准、加工量及加工范围,从原始数据的测试、系统的安装,轴颈的车削加工等方面分析轴颈修复的步骤,说明经修复后发电机机组瓦温、振动等指标均合格,并缩短了机组大修的时间,节约了资金。
In view of shaft and neck wear of large steam tur-bine generator rotor, this paper proposes the repair projectwith TR system to lathe and lapping, introduces the opera-tion standard, processing value and processing range, analy-zes the process from the aspects of data test,system Installa-tion, shaft and neck lapping process, illustrates the unit tem-perature, the vibration and other indexes are all up to stand-ard, and also can shorten time of repair and save the money.
