摘要
以课题组开发的稀土永磁同步电机智能控制器为研究对象,设计了多功能、界面友好的上位机监测系统。论文阐述了稀土永磁同步电机智能控制器的整体设计方案,介绍了串行通信功能的实现方式及CRC校验,详细介绍了基于LabVIEW软件的上位机监测平台各个部分功能。实验表明,下位机与上位机能够实现友好握手,数据通信与显示正常。
Research on the intelligent controller of REPMSM developed by research group, the computer monitoring system is designed, can provide user friendly and functional user interface. The paper expounds the overall design of intelligent controller and introduces the realization of data communication and CRC algorithm. This paper separately describes the specific realization of each function module. Experiments have demonstrated that the super ordination machine can realize friendly handshake, data communication and display is normal.
